TRAINING TO ENHANCE THE COMPUTATIONAL GENETICS EXPERTISE IN THE REGION TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INNOVATION.
ALONG WITH UCSF PERSONNEL, FUNDACIÃƑ³N UNIVERSIDAD DE ANTIOQUIA WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
1. THE FUNDACIÃƑ³N UNIVERSIDAD DE ANTIOQUIA TEAM WILL COLLECT AND SHIP DNA SAMPLES FOR WHOLE GENOME
SEQUENCING
2. DR. LOPERA WILL SERVE AS THE SITE PI, OVERSEEING THE LOCAL TEAM AND ENSURING ACCESS TO LOCAL DNA AND
CLINICAL DATA REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED WORK
3. DR. LOPERA WILL PARTICIPATE IN REGULAR AND AD HOC MEETINGS OF THE INVESTIGATORS, PREPARE THE GRANT REPORTS
OF LOCAL DATA, AND PARTICIPATE IN THE PAPERS EMERGING FROM THE PROJECT
4. DR.
