ISLAM MANTAWY WILL PARTICIPATE IN VIRTUAL MEETINGS BETWEEN RESEARCH TEAM MEMBERS AND MEETINGS BETWEEN THE RESEARCH TEAM AND SPONSOR AS APPROPRIATE. DR. MANTAWY WILL PROVIDE PROGRESS REPORTS TO FIU TO BE INCLUDED IN QUARTERLY REPORTS, INTERIM REPORT FOR EACH TASK, AND FINAL REPORT (DRAFT/FINAL REPORT)
INCLUSION OF THIS STATEMENT OF WORK IN THE SUBCONTRACT ALSO SERVES AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE PARTNER UNIVERSITY AND ITS PIS WILL FOLLOW AND ADHERE TO THE DETAILED REQUIREMENTS THE RESEARCH TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR.
THESE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. LEADERSHIP BY THE PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR (PI) TO ENSURE TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE CONDUCT OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES AND IMPACT OF RESEARCH RESULTS.
2. SUBMITTING QUARTERLY PROGRESS REPORTS (TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PROJECT QUARTERLY REPORT). THE REPORTS WILL BE SUBMITTED TO FIU TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE FOR THE SPONSOR TO ALLOW THEIR INCLUSION IN THE QUARTERLY REPORT.
3. THE FINAL REPORT IS DUE AT THE END OF YOUR PROJECT AS PER THE DATE OUTLINED IN YOUR SUBCONTRACT. IN ORDER TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE NEW FEDERAL LAW ON DATA MANAGEMENT.
4.
