TRAINING TO ENHANCE THE COMPUTATIONAL GENETICS EXPERTISE IN THE REGION TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INNOVATION.
ALONG WITH UCSF PERSONNEL, PONTIFICIA UNIVERSIDAD JAVERIANA WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
1. THE PONTIFICIA UNIVERSIDAD JAVERIANA TEAM WILL COLLECT AND SHIP DNA SAMPLES FOR WHOLE GENOME
SEQUENCING
2. DR. MATALLANA WILL SERVE AS THE SITE PI, OVERSEEING THE LOCAL TEAM AND ENSURING ACCESS TO LOCAL DNA AND
CLINICAL DATA REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED WORK
3. DR. MATALLANA WILL PARTICIPATE IN REGULAR AND AD HOC MEETINGS OF THE INVESTIGATORS, PREPARE THE GRANT
REPORTS OF LOCAL DATA, AND PARTICIPATE IN THE PAPERS EMERGING FROM THE PROJECT
4. DR.
