EXISTING 40-GALLON WATER HEATER WILL BE DEMOED AND EXISTING PROPANE LINE WILL BE CAPPED OFF IN PLACE. ALL DEMOED MATERIAL WILL BE TURNED INTO VRC, DLA OR DISPOSED OF OFF BASE AS REQUIRED. INSTALL ONE NEW 1-TON DUCTLESS SPLIT SYSTEM ON EXISTING PAD OUTSIDE MECHANICAL ROOM. EVAPORATOR / FAN COIL UNIT WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE VAULT. INSTALL THREE NEW YORK 14 SEER 5-TON CONDENSER UNITS ON EXISTING PAD WHERE PROPANE TANK WAS DEMOED. INSTALL THREE NEW YORK 5-TON FAN COIL UNITS IN MECHANICAL ROOM WHERE EXISTING UNITS WERE DEMOED. INSTALL ONE NEW 40-GALLON ELECTRIC WATER HEATER WHERE EXISTING PROPANE WATER HEATER WAS DEMOED. INSTALL NEW TRANSITIONS, REFRIGERANT LINES AND CONDENSATE DRAINS AS REQUIRED. FOUR NEW PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTATS WILL BE INSTALLED WHERE EXISTING THERMOSTATS WERE DEMOED.
