IN SUPPORT OF THE FISMA PERFORMANCE AUDIT, THE SUBCONTRACTOR WILL PERFORM TESTING OVER THE FISMA METRICS AS ESTABLISHED IN THE INSPECTOR GENERAL FISMA REPORTING METRICS (IG FISMA REPORTING METRICS) GUIDANCE. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, LEADING MEETINGS AND COORDINATING PBCS WITH THE CLIENT, PERFORMING SECURITY CONTROLS TESTING AND DOCUMENTING RESULTS IN WORKPAPERS. THE SUBCONTRACTOR WILL ALSO ASSIST IN DETERMINING METRIC MATURITY LEVEL BASED ON THE GUIDANCE FROM THE IG FISMA REPORTING METRICS. AS SUCH, THE SUBCONTRACTOR SHOULD BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE CURRENT VERSIONS OF THE IG FISMA REPORTING METRICS AND SUPPLEMENTAL GUIDANCE. THE SUBCONTRACTOR WILL PARTICIPATE IN INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STATUS MEETINGS WITH KPMG AND THE CLIENT. THE SUBCONTRACTOR WILL REPORT ON STATUS OF TESTING VIA WORKPAPER TRACKERS, DURING STATUS MEETINGS AND WHEN REQUESTED BY KPMG MANAGEMENT. THE SUBCONTRACTOR WILL USE DOI EQUIPMENT TO HOLD WALKTHROUGHS AND OBTAIN AND REVIEW PROVIDED BY CLIENT (PBCS) FROM DOI. ALL PBCS WILL BE ENCRYPTED WHEN TRANSFERRED TO KPMG EQUIPMENT UNLESS UTILIZING THE DOI APPROVED TOOL FOR FILE TRANSFER (E.G. SECURE TRANSPORT). THE SUBCONTRACTOR WILL USE KPMG EQUIPMENT TO DOCUMENT TESTING AND RESULTS AND ACCESS KPMG’S AUDIT TOOL, KPMG CLARA WORKFLOW (KCW). ALL WORK WILL BE PERFORMED REMOTELY UNLESS REQUESTED OTHERWISE BY THE DOI OIG AND/OR OCIO.
