IF AND WHEN AN OVERTIME REQUEST DOES OCCUR, APPROVAL FROM THE PRIME CONTRACTOR PROGRAM MANAGER MUST BE RECEIVED IN ADVANCE. ALL FTE MOVES FROM ONE PRODUCT TEAM TO ANOTHER SHALL BE COORDINATED AND APPROVED BY THE PRIME CONTRACTOR AND THE GOVERNMENT.
THE SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL REQUIRE THEIR EMPLOYEES TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL AT ALL TIMES TO INCLUDE: INTRODUCING THEMSELVES OR BEING INTRODUCED AS CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL, DISPLAYING DISTINGUISHING BADGES OR OTHER VISIBLE IDENTIFICATION FOR MEETINGS WITH GOVERNMENT AND NON-GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL, APPROPRIATELY IDENTIFYING THEMSELVES IN ALL FORMS OF VIRTUAL AND TRADITIONAL COMMUNICATION, TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS, ENTERPRISE MESSAGING PLATFORMS(E.G. MATTERMOST), EMAIL, AND ANY AND ALL FORMAL AND INFORMAL WRITTEN/DIGITAL CORRESPONDENCE.
