The Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAARNG) requires tailoring and alterations of the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) for its Soldiers. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will establish a streamlined method for ordering these recurring services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) Tailoring and Alteration Services, as defined in this PWS. Quote Deadline: The closing date and time are specified in Block 8 of the attached SF 1449. Late submissions will not be evaluated. Question Deadline: All questions must be submitted via email to both contacts no later than five (5) business days prior to the closing date. The Government will evaluate quotes by first ranking all quotes by price. It will then evaluate the lowest-priced quotes for technical acceptability. If the lowest-priced quotes are technically acceptable and submitted by a responsible quoter, an award will be made within the limits…
