Description
Source: SAM.gov Contract Opportunities public data file
This requirement is to provide all necessary contact center personnel, program management, technical support, and associated services required to host, operate, and maintain an enterprise-wide, cloud-based Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Case Management System (the "Solution"). The Solution shall serve as the modern, long-term successor to the Department of the Navy's (DON) legacy FOIA processing platform. The Contractor must deliver a modern, secure, and intuitive capability that meets or exceeds the baseline efficiency, processing speed, and service levels of the legacy system. The primary objective is to transition the DON to a state-of-the-art, financially sustainable, and self-managed processing ecosystem. This Solution must fully enable the DON to execute its statutory obligations with the highest levels of timeliness, maximum disclosure, accountability, transparency, and inter-agency cooperation.
