The Government intends to competitively solicit and award a single-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) set aside for participants in the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program. The contract will support NIWC Pacific’s requirement for general construction services under NAICS 236220 at Government facilities within the NIWC Pacific area of responsibility, including the San Diego metropolitan area, Naval Base Point Loma, Naval Base San Diego, and other designated locations. The JOC will provide for task orders covering minor new construction, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, alteration, and renovation of real property requiring minimal design. Task orders will be priced using predetermined unit prices and the awardee’s proposed bid price coefficient. The anticipated ordering period is a 24-month base period and one 36-month option period, for a potential total period of 60 months, exercisable at the Government’s discretion.
