Step One: A Pre-solicitation Notice will not be submitted separately, as this notice will be encompassed together with the Request for Quotation and released in SAM.gov. The website for SAM is https://www.sam.gov. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR RFO 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The contractor MAY BE REQUIRED TO provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) and Certified Test Report for all processes indicating contractor compliance with all associated tech data requirements. This will be determined at each Delivery Order level.
