(ABOA): 2,708 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF) 3,095 Space Type: Office Reserved Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Non-Reserved Parking Spacing (Total): 8 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 5 years Termination Rights: 120 days Additional Requirements: Fenced in parking to accommodate the following: 4 government vehicles, an ATV trailer for 2 ATVs, a snowmobile trailer for 2 snowmobiles. Access for vehicles to back in. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
