Amendment 04 is attached to provide the answers to Industry's questions regarding this RFI. Attachment 2-RFI_M67854-26-I-4208_Official_QA_20261021_Public Release is provided in the attachments. No further extension will be provided beyond 03 November 2026. Amendment 03 is attached to revise the response due date from 19 October 2026 at 1:00 P.M. to 03 November 2026 at 1:00 P.M. Respondents are encouraged to describe frameworks where the Government could procure "hours of service" or service outcomes rather than individual labor categories. Descriptions should include associated tooling considerations, structural elements that support efficient ordering, and methods for performance tracking. 3. Clarification on Submission Formatting: To resolve confusion identified in industry questions, respondents are instructed to adhere to the following: The "Capabilities Narrative" is limited to five (5) pages (PDF). Any optional "Supplementary Materials" are separate and limited to fifteen (15) pages (PDF). The "Vendor Comment Matrix" must be submitted in its native Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format, and the 300-word limit per cell is…
