Amendment 0007 - The purpose of this Amendment 0007 is to extend the solicitation response deadline, incorporate updated questions and answers, and issue revised solicitation attachments. Specifically, this amendment: Extends the Proposal Submission Deadline: The solicitation response deadline is extended from October 30, 2026, to 1500 EST on November 30, 2026. This extension is granted to ensure all potential offerors have sufficient time to conduct thorough analyses, address recent technical clarifications, and submit comprehensive, high-quality proposals that deliver the best value to the Government. As a result, the Prototype Project Opportunity Notice (PPON Document: PPON MACE EXTENDED November 30 W15QKN26R1C5R Dated 10-27) has been revised to reflect the new response deadline and the updated attachments list.
