The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify manufacturing capacity and capability for production of Precision Strike Missile Increment 1 (PrSM Inc 1) follow-on production contract to support the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office. BACKGROUND PrSM Inc 1 is a next-generation, long-range surface-to-surface ballistic missile, with launcher compatibility on M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and M270 Multiple Launch Rocket Systems platforms. The purpose of this source sought notice is to conduct market research to identify potential sources with capacity and capability to produce the PrSM Inc 1 missile and pod. TECHNICAL DATA The Government retains Data Rights to Technical Data down to the Line-Replaceable Unit level and is available upon request.
