Space must be located within the following delineated area: East; State Rd. 14 w/ intersection of US HWY 65, North; U.S. Hwy 65 w/ State Rd. 14, South; U.S. Hwy 65 w/ Riverdale Rd. Ozark, Missouri. Space should offer climate control for evidence storage, office space, electrical outlets within the warehouse space, and a bathroom facility. The Government reserves the right to disregard as inadequate any responses to this notification that fail to include the property-specific information listed below as being mandatory submissions in responding to this notification. Not all minimum requirements are reflected in this advertisement. (Codes) Currently, the Government is only considering existing buildings.
