BACKGROUND AND SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT The Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS) 1 located in Montgomery, Alabama, has an operational requirement to procure high-durability, pre-cut wood decking floor packages to support maintenance, overhaul, and refurbishment of forty (40) M872A4 40-Ton Semitrailers in direct support of the 781st Transportation Company.
