Award under this RLP will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations. City: Raleigh State: North Carolina (NC) Delineated Area: NORTH: Highway 440, SOUTH: Highway 87 & 40, WEST: Highway 40 & 440, EAST: Highway 440 Minimum ABOA Square Feet: 17,310 ABOA SF Maximum ABOA Square Feet: 18,221 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking: NA Lease Term: 10 Years, 5 Years Firm Amortization Term: 5 Years for both Tenant Improvements and Building Specific Amortized Capital. Offerors are encouraged to submit rates for all terms available in the AAAP RLP to be considered for future requirements.
