Advance Contract Initiative - Temporary Emergency Power The purpose of this survey is to gather non-proprietary industry feedback on logistics, mobilization sequencing, subcontractor relationships, and drivers of cost and risk. This is a fact-finding exercise only, not a solicitation or request for proposals. We are particularly interested in practical execution risks, costs and any feasible alternatives that could improve the speed and efficiency of response. The results of your feedback will directly inform further scope considerations and the need for more industry outreach. Temporary Emergency Power missions can take place anywhere in the United States and its territories. Please click on the link to complete the survey. You can also find a sample Performance Work Statement attached.
